Backgammon Boards

Backgammon boards are generally made to order. Each board is bespoke in design and hand made. Please contact us for further details.

The board shown below has a black walnut frame. At the core is 12mm MDF for stability veneered on the outside with book matched pippy oak. The playing surface is made from a variety of veneers such as maple (white point), pau rosa rosewood (brown point) smoked oak (black infill between points). The decorative area in the centre is cherry and pippy oak surrounded by inlay banding. The discs are housed securely in scalloped recesses when the board is closed.

The size of the board shown is 600mm x 300mm x 60mm when closed and 600mm x 500mm x 30mm when open. The finish is sealed and waxed.

Prices start from £125 which includes the board and 30 playing discs (15 of each colour). Dice and shaking pot are not included.
